“The email address and password do not match”
Please read through the list of common login mistakes below.
- Use the same email address you provided when signing up for an account.
- Verify that you are using the correct capitalization when typing your password. The password is case-sensitive while the email address is not.
- Make sure that the Caps Lock mode is turned off while typing your password.
If you are still unable to login then it's possible that your account was automatically locked due to consecutive failed login attempts. You will need to reset your account password to re-activate your account login.
